| Congratulations to Kirsty and Mark |

28th June 2004 It's been a while since I've made a post, so you've had lots of time to find out the last quote was from Road House, said by Sam Elliott to Patrick Swayze! The highlight of recent times has been the marriage of my cousin Kirsty and her now husband Mark! The wedding was last Saturday, in Warminster, so roughly 100 mile drive. The ceremony went smoothly, and there was a nice bird who sang a hymn solo, which was nice. :-) Then we went to the hotel (The George Inn) for the reception. My parents were wonderful and got us rooms at that hotel, so for once I didn't have to drive! Took advantage and ordered my first beer on arrival, and uncles are great when your glass is empty! More seriously, had a really fun time, it was nice seeing everyone there, and from speaking to Kirsty and Mark they really enjoyed their special day. The meal was yummy, and in the evening there was an 8 piece band, which kept people on the dance floor. To top off a great day, the barmaids were all gorgeous! Pictures will be up soon, when they are this link will be a bit better! Unfortunately I didn't have a camera, so no barmaid pics! On my return I got a call from Rob, Darren had got the mini digger for the day, so they were making the front garden (jungle) into a drive. I went round to help barrow the dirt to the back, nice to be used for my manliness! :-p Darren drove the digger like an extension of himself, if you've seen the matrix revolutions or Sigourney Weaver in Aliens in her loadlifter, you'll know what I mean! Sunday evening was concluded with ice skating, I tried doing a slidey stop and fell on my face, other than that felt very confident on the ice! Time to arrange another big gathering on the ice! I drove home quite fast, when I left the motorway there was a motorbike in front of me who wasn't hanging about, so I made it my task to keep up around the country lanes. I haven't smelt my brakes like that in a long time! Guess the Quote: "If I don't get some action soon, I'm just gonna pack up my balls and leave!" |

22nd June 2004 Last quote was said by Dare Devil (Ben Affleck) in DareDevil! What a long weekend. Helped Rob out with his move over the weekend, got it all done! Shane also helped, which was greatly appreciated. Had the plan to get wasted Friday night, but failed to drink very much! Saturday night went out for Duncan's birthday, had the bright idea of making up for Friday's lack of drinking, and was very successful. I think I pulled, although I'm not sure, and I know I pissed off just about everyone. So sorry about that, I'll stick to being the driver in the future. Hope you can forgive me. Sunday I spent recovering, feeling rather ill until midday, then helped Rob finish getting stuff from the old place. Took it pretty easy though. Monday morning I woke up and could barely stand from dizzyness, and had a stonking headache. I'm fairly sure a hangover doesn't go and then come back, so it's not that! Took the day off for fear of crashing while driving to work. Now it's Tuesday, still feel a bit dizzy and my head is threatening to explode, but I wasn't so worried about crashing, so back to the office. Tonight I will be going to Rob's and investigating his attic. Attic's are cool, they've always fascinated me. They're a place that is always there, but rarely visited. The temperature is always several degrees different from the rest of the house, so all of your senses know you're in a different place. And you never know what you might find up there. I took my website down over the weekend, with the intention of doing something spectacular before putting it back up. Just didn't do the spectacular thing! Guess the Quote: "You're all F*cked up." |

17th June 2004 Love actually supplied the last quote, said by Bill Nighy I think it's best to start this post by saying well done to Our Boys, 3-0 against Switzerland was just the result we were looking for! Due to work I was unable to see the whole game, but the result says enough. Yesterday I received Harvard Man through the post, never actually seen the film, but thought it looked reasonable so ordered it in May. 2003. Now that is service! To be fair though play.com do provide a very good service, and very good prices. This dvd was a one off! Watched a few episodes of The O.C now, and it is actually quite watchable, and amusing. But please, bring on season 4 of Smallville, I can say I watch that much more proudly! I've bought a new case for my pc, received it today. It has 7 fans, with adjustable speeds and a temperature sensor. Possibly *slightly* overpowered for my needs!
I've heard Britney Spears' new song Everytime on the radio a few times now, and have come to the conclusion that I like it. I don't know what it is, because it's not my normal sort of thing. I may buy her album, but I think I will definitely learn to play the song (on guitar). I think harmonics would sound pretty good in the 'solo' bits, but my musical talent is equal to that of a shrew, so I could be mistaken! Guess the Quote: "I'm not the bad guy." |
| Uh huh, Cool. |

14th June 2004 The last quote was from Road Trip, quite an amusing film! I started watching The OC at the weekend, someone described it as a raunchy dawsons creek. I don't know about that having never watched dawsons creek, but I've enjoyed what I've seen so far. I can't remember why I started watching it either, which is odd! Spent the weekend helping Rob with decorating at his new house, quite achey now. I'm sure I'll sleep well tonight, it's just about caught up on me! Guess the Quote: "Kids, Don't buy drugs! Become a rock star and they give them to you for free!" |

8th June 2004 Freddie got Fingered was the film that supplied the last quote, said by the father. Had a fairly quiet evening tonight, worked a little late doing an upgrade for a client, then went home and played KotOR. I am so powerful! :-D Thought it was a bit odd that barely anyone was online, turned out they all went bowling. Hope you all had fun! Guess the Quote: "It's not cheating if you spread peanut butter over your testicles and get your dog to lick it off!" |

6th June 2004 The last quote was for spiderman films, said by Peter's Uncle Ben. Today I have had a very lazy day. It started getting up early so I could have breakfast, which was delicious, thanks mum! :-) I then watched kids cartoons on tv, and am happy to say Yu-Gi-Oh! is back on poor mans tv. Then I put on KotOR and have played it all day! I completed all of my quests on Manaan, got captured by the Sith, got interrogated, which I won't spoil for you if you're going to play the game, it's quite sick minded, and then broke free and killed tons of bad guys. Then I ran into Malak (big bad guy in the game). He told me the truth about me, and Bastila knew all along. I didn't know whether I should feel betrayed or accept that it was for the best. Then Malak 'froze' my allies and I had to duel with him. Bit of a disappointment actually, he wasn't so tough. I kicked his ass, then he turned and ran. So I chased him and kicked his ass again. Then Bastila intervened, I got cut off, and she got captured while we had to escape. How much does that suck, I could have defeated him! Hypothetical question: If you tell someone you don't like something, so they keep doing it, does it mean they're trying to piss you off? Why would they do that though if you're pissed off already? To drive you insane, to murder or suicide? How peculiar. Got some new pictures online from Robin's house. I know I'm not in any of the pictures, but I'm sure I was there too. Held the camera anyway! I also swapped the order on the photo index so most recent albums are at the top after random pics. Guess the Quote: "No, you have a problem with your legs, unless you're just f*cking lazy" |

5th June 2004 The last quote was said by Han Solo in Star Wars - Episode IV: A New Hope. It's been a busy few days. I had a major tidy up in my room, so now it's completely spotless! And what an Anal thing to write about! I've been doing a little bit on the site today, converting each of my pages so there is a standard throughout my site. I also did a logo, which looks completely crap and will be replaced as soon as I can work out the right look for it! I suppose it's better than normal text though. I was going to go to the cinema tonight to see Happy Pothead 3, but unfortunately no one was up for it. Other than Shane, but a couple of guys going to see Harry Potter is just weird, at least in a group you can claim to be drunk! So will have to try and see that another time. Then there's the day after tomorrow to watch, and Spidey 2 is out on June 30th. Guess the Quote: "With great power comes great responsibility" |
| I'm getting sick of lightsabers now! |

3rd June 2004 The quote in yesterdays title was from The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. If you got it right, well done, but you need to get out more, like me! Most people don't care enough to notice, and those who do notice aren't sad enough to care! Yes, I'm talking about lightsabers again! These are becoming the bane of my existance, as every time I draw one and animate it, I realise I've done something wrong or haven't made it good enough! I believe I have finally got them how I want them, except for the background, but that could change completely, haven't decided yet! If you are interested, here is the history of lightsabers on Kevthejedi.com. Tonight I'm seeing friends, I'm too young to waste my life sitting in front of a computer all day AND all night! Guess the Quote: "She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts." |

2nd June 2004 Today's title is actually a quote from a film. Most people I've spoken to about it didn't like it, but I thought it was watchable. It came out in 2003, and stars Sean Connery. Do you know what film it is? Rob (S) makes the most fantastic bbq chicken ever, although in saying that last year Rob (G)'s bbq chicken was also superb. I guess anyone called Rob is good at doing BBQ's! If you've never had them, try potato fritters, really crispy, they are lovely. Went really well in a bowl with bbq food! I don't really know what else to say today, I haven't really done anything of interest to anyone but me the past few days. Ooh, it is a new month though, so new calender girl! May's was bad! Here is Miss June, please excuse the shoddiness of the image, I couldn't find a better copy!
